COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER

Beaumaris Group has been operating though out Shropshire for over nine years. We Provide Domiciliary care to the elderly with our bespoke care packages tailored to meet the needs of our clients, so that they may stay in the comfort of their own home.

We support people with dementia, mental health, alcohol abuse, night care, palliative and respite care. We provided Support Workers, Care Assistants and Registered Nurses to hospitals, nursing homes, care homes, hospices and residential homes throughout the West Midlands.
 

You and the Role:

Beaumaris Group is looking for an individual who enjoys working with people, and an ability to show empathy and warmth to all. This individual should be approachable and make our clients feel at ease regardless of the setting. As an individual it is essential that you are highly organised and can document important information to a high standard to pass on to team leaders and the management.

The duties of our Community Support Worker roles include all the fundamentals of personal care this can be supporting the client with all aspects of daily living.

You must ensure the safe mobility of clients by referring to the moving and handling legislation. You will need to offer companionship to all our clients.
We have various flexible shifts available, for full and part time across the 7 days in the week; with a requirement of weekend work. Successful candidates would be subject to an enhanced DBS check
 

We do not require you to have any experience in the profession
(although experience is invaluable).

Due to the nature of this role, you will need to have a driving licence and have your own appropriately insured vehicle. Mileage rates are payable.
