Beaumaris group is a multi-disciplinary mental health and community health care provider based in Newport, Shropshire. We believe in providing tailored care pathways for a variety of client needs.

We currently provide support to individuals with a range of health and care needs. We offer Psychotherapy, Counselling, Dementia Support, Personal Care, Learning Disabilities Support and Community Care.
As part of our ongoing expansion we are looking to offer Massage Therapy as part of the package of services we offer. The post will be both clinic and community based.
The responsibilities the Massage Therapist will be to provide all services in a professional and soothing manner, carry out cross selling of other services and products, maintain all records to company standards and be able to do other administrative tasks such as answering telephone calls and use IT systems.

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate will need to have prior experience providing massage therapy in similar setting. They will need the ability to work from a clinic location and provide services at client’s homes.  The successful candidate will have prior experience of providing traditional massage and possess excellent communication skills. The minimum requirements for this post are as follows:

  • At least two years’ experience as a Massage Therapist.
  • A passion to provide a quality Massage Therapy service.
  • Possess an appropriate qualification from a recognised professional body. (QCF Level 3 or above)
  • Registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
  • Driving Licence and own vehicle, as will be required to travel to client’s homes or business premises with a massage table.
  • Flexibility regarding hours of work.
  • Possess Professional Indemnity Insurance
Desirable requirements for the post are:
  • Prior experience of working with individuals with mental health and learning disability needs.
  • Ability to work additional hours as and when required.
  • Able to provide other therapies and services such as Mindfulness, Yoga and Pilates.

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience

Hours: working approx. 15 hours over 2 - 4 days per week.
