Mindfulness may be taught at our service in in group or individual sessions or as part of a therapy treatment.
Making a commitment to mindfulness skills training is making an important investment in yourself and your future happiness. Through understanding yourself on a deeper level you can get to know and understand yourself and others better and deal with issues more effectively. This is a vital step in mastering your feelings and anxiety rather than them control you. Mindfulness may be used in conjunction with other therapies and psychological techniques such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy or counselling.
All interventions at our service are always conducted in careful and collaborative ways with people. You will not be made to do anything you do not want to do or talk about anything you do not want to.
1 to 1 mindfulness sessions are £55 per one hour session. Group sessions may also be available for lower costs. Please enquire for further information.
All our therapists are registered with appropriate professional organisations and receive regular clinical supervision. The service is led by an experienced Clinical Psychologist; a chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
