Children and young people experience difficulties with their emotional wellbeing for many different reasons. Parents may notice a change in their child’s behaviour at home and at school, and they may be concerned that their child appears distressed or emotionally withdrawn.
We are able to offer a range of age appropriate therapeutic interventions to help the child or young person to learn to cope with their emotions, and to improve their quality of life. We are able to offer a systemic approach to include parents, family, and school (where appropriate) to incorporate the key elements of the child/young person’s life.
We are able to offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychotherapy and Systemic Family Work. We are happy to work with young people and to help them navigate the challenges of transitioning to adulthood.
